In this week's episode, we have Mayu Thava, a driven individual with a passion for real estate, mortgages, and personal finance, which has shaped a remarkable real estate investing journey.
As a CA and CPA, Mayu initially immersed themselves in the world of Accounting. However, deep down, his focus was wanting to create a life of freedom through investing in real estate, both in residential and commercial properties. While working at the Big 4, Mayu started moonlighting as a real estate investor part time.
