It was the best of times, it was... well, still pretty awesome times for the Houston Cougars (one host also came back with some good personal news) as Dustin and Sam soldiered on without Bobby who accidentally double booked us and dinner with his parents (understandably, the parents won out) to tackle the following topics:

- Bat & ball sports start Big 12 play with very different expectations for very different opening weekend opponents
- Women's basketball forces us to ask some hard questions
