As we close out the year, many of us are bombarded with the message of a fresh start, start over, or start the New Year with a blank slate.
But do you really need to wipe away everything you've learned and all the hard fought lessons we've fought in the previous year?

I’m sharing why I’m not wiping the slate clean and taking the lessons I learned forward with me.

- I’ve learned hard lessons, good lessons, growing lessons in the previous year.
- I don’t want to create and explore new, I want to go all in on what I learned this year
- Starting over takes way too much mental, physical and emotional energy.

I’m sharing two simple steps we can take instead and share a practical and gentle approach for moving into the new year with intention and gratitude.
