On episode 108 I am delighted to be joined by Sligo Senior Inter county footballer Pat Spillane Jr. Hailing from Kerry, the son of a Kerry legend, Pat moved to Dublin for work and began playing with Templeogue Club St.Judes exploding onto the scene during the 2021 Club Championship. He later committed to the Sligo football panel qualifying through his Mother originally from Sligo and played the 2022 season. We discuss his journey, playing multiple sports including basketball, St.Judes, Individual training & running mechanics, Sligo, Inter county commitments and more.
