This week, school is back in session around Sunnyside and Troy shares his insight on what he said at the faculty and staff welcome back as president of the school board, what he sees as the big differences between private and public schools and how the public school systems, particularly the small rural districts can win out over private schools. He's an optimist and this is something his family has been doing since 1635.
