Length: 1 hour 14 minutes
Synopsis: This evening (3/29/23), in our Wednesday night Tefilah shiur, we "landed the plane" (as it were). The goal was to make this the last shiur in our current series on Shema Koleinu, no matter what. Because this was also our last shiur before Pesach, I decided to start and end with a Pesach-related point. We raised a question on the R' Yosi ha'Glili section of the Hagadah, in which the tannaim go out of their way to find allusions to extra miracles. We then reviewed what we covered last time, answered several more questions, and then learned the Malbim's beautiful interpretation of Tehilim 93:1, which we then used to refine our understanding of why we don't daven for miracles, and to answer our question on the hagadah. God willing, when we return after Pesach, we'll resume learning Tehilim.
