Some good news from the club today as Aaron Downes reveals the players have been paid - although Richard Hughes can't quite get his tongue around that sentence in today's Yellow Army Podcast chat with Guy Henderson.

It has been quite a week in the life of Torquay United, with Clarke Osbourne walking away last Thursday and manager Gary Johnson following his exit from the club that evening. So there is much to discuss for our podcasters.

They talk about the appointment of Aaron Downes as interim manager, the 2-2 draw against Aveley at a rocking Plainmoor on Saturday, and plans for the game against Weymouth this weekend.

Also, there is a club to be sold and there is talk of that, and the chance of that dreaded administration and any 10-point deduction that would follow.

But everyone is pulling together and Aaron Downes says it is time to look forward and be positive.
