Susanna started her career in IT but is now more specialised in people and human behavior and how she can help companies to adopt systems and the context of what that means in their world.

Susanna is very focused on not just solving the pain points of a company but also the users, how much of a pain point is it to them or are they happier in their comfort zone. And how can that be changed?

Sheridan and Susanna talk about how a blended approach can work well with systems, allowing you to start to get buy-in and reduce the threat that people may be feeling.

They are both passionate about learning being more effective if it is active and they are allowed to self-discover but they both understand the need to discover safely and with a little bit of guidance.

This is a great conversion with two people who are passionate about the subject of Systems Training and how it can be used and applied in a well and throughout way.
