Joanna Petrie-Rout has over 25 years’ experience in enabling leaders to achieve their potential by leveraging their strengths and breaking through the blocks that inhibit their success.

In 2016, feeling lost and disillusioned with her corporate career Joanna completed the Coast to Coast walk, a 200-mile trek from one side of England to the other, and the experience was a catalyst for a period of dramatic personal transformation. She was physically and mentally challenged during the walk and came to realise that she could achieve more than she thought possible and was playing small. She embarked on a journey of self-discovery that would unlock her true purpose.

She established No Ordinary Woman and Essentially Now and became a mentor and transformation coach for other women seeking to uncover their true purpose and live in alignment with it. She works with them to discover their true desires, bust through their blocks, take bold action and achieve the transformation required to live an extraordinary life.

In recent years, she has significantly transformed her own life using her own approach so truly understands how scary it can be to step in to your purpose but knows the rewards are limitless!

Joanna is married to her soul mate Rob and lives an extraordinary life every day.
