Megan Cooper is the owner and founder of Studio ME Fitness located in Northeast Minneapolis. She has her Bachelor's degree in Biology - Allied Health and is a Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, and Nutrition Coach with numerous other fitness certifications. She has a strong passion for helping others find their full potential and live their best life.

In this episode, we learn how and why various forms of exercise work for different people, how to maximize what works for you and your body, how the various stages of a woman's life (reproductive years, peri-menopause, and post menopause) impact your ability to transform your body, and how sleep, stress, and nutrition are directly partnered with exercise to achieve change. Megan is one of the most approachable and kind-hearted of the fitness gurus we know and we are so excited to have her be our first fitness coach on our podcast!
