This week's episode is entitled REGRETS! There are many of us who have made decisions in life that we truly wish we hadn’t. There have been times when I’ve said that if I could go back and change things in my life I definitely would. So much so, that if possible, I would delete certain events like on the old VCRs that we had years ago. I’d fast forward to certain occurrences and just hit delete. I’d go to the next one and again hit delete, delete, delete, delete! I’d probably delete so much that I’d once again be in my 20’s or 30’s. But we can’t and since we can’t we must learn how to move on and handle our regrets appropriately.
