"Flying Machine"
- 2oz Mezcal
- 1.5oz Aperol
- 2oz Fresh OJ
- .5oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 1tsp Honey
- 2oz Topo Chico
- Orange Peel
Shake mezcal, Aperol, OJ, lime juice, and honey with ice. Strain into stemmed glass and top with chilled topo chico. Garnish with orange peel and enjoy!
