Beanballs in Philly before a game, the Rockies refuse to take the lead and blue collar baseball cards are now a thing. But this is a baseball history podcast, so let’s talk about Brad Lesley. The Animal played briefly in MLB, but he became a star both on the field and on the silver screen once he moved to Japan. A mixture of professional wrestler and fireball closer, Lesley was our kind of guy.
