In this episode we discuss "Management Isn't Cheating".
First of all, I'll explain that when we're talking about management here, we're talking about the use of baby gates, not going to the park when we know that dog our dog doesn't like will be there, closing the door to the balcony so they don't bark - that kinda thing.
This type of managment often gets a bad wrap. People feeling judged that 'they didn't train their dog - they just managed it'. These feelings are not helpful and often we forget that when it comes to our own life, we manage a lot of our own shit rather than fully addressing it. If it's good enough for us, then it can be good enough for our own dogs.
