I have used so many thermostats and many disappointed me...awful connectivity issues. You want one that works for your short term rental and does not make you work for it.Imagine losing connection every time you want to check it or change the temp...now I am not sponsored or affiliated with any company, but there are definitely some that I avoid because of these connectivity issues.
