Camera confidence is one of the biggest obstacles that many women say keeps them from showing up on live video and on camera.
There are several fears that contribute to having camera fears:
Imposter Syndrome
Fear of tech
Fear of other people's opinions
Fear of messing up
These fears listed can be worked on so that they don’t become a hindrance to accomplishing your goals of showing up on camera for your live videos.
