Hayley has been familiar with fostering since her teenage years, as her parents were both foster carers. This experience set her on a wonderful path that led her to adopt her daughter, Shirley, who was initially fostered by her parents. Now, two years later, Hayley has been approved as a foster carer herself. Her story showcases the powerful impact fostering can have on the children of foster carers and highlights that having a disability does not prevent one from becoming a foster carer.
