Mel is a business woman, entrepreneur, founder of Life Yoga Goulburn, curator & host of yoga retreats, business mentor, mum, and is living an expansive and courageous life.

We cover everything from dream lives, what it means to live in freedom, friendship transitions, the challenge of shifting out of a belief system you’ve known your whole life, and wrestling with creating community when the first community you knew left some deep scars.

We hear Mel’s experience of hosting yoga teacher training and the deep work required facing our own ‘stuff’ before we can authentically hold space for others.
