Today in Austin, Texas, it's going to be a real scorcher with lots of sunshine and a high near 108 degrees Fahrenheit. Make sure to stay hydrated and find some shade if you can. The wind will be calm in the morning but will switch to the east at around 5 miles per hour later on.

Tomorrow, get ready for another hot day with plenty of sun and a high near 104 degrees Fahrenheit. The heat index could reach as high as 110, so stay cool and take breaks in the shade. The wind will be calm in the morning, gradually shifting to the south-southeast at around 5 miles per hour in the afternoon.
As we move into the weekend, the temperatures will remain high, with Saturday and Sunday both topping out around 98 degrees Fahrenheit. Expect plenty of sunshine with some light winds coming from the southeast at about 5 miles per hour.
