After the break, we move to the Chef’s Table where Moldova’s pro-Western president has won a second term in a runoff overshadowed by Russian meddling; and, at a boisterous event in front of thousands of exuberant supporters, the Albanian prime minister said the country hopes to join the European Union by 2030.
