I connected with Tony back in April after he sent me a DM after hearing my episode of Gormy's (http://www.instagram.com/gormy_goes_keto) Fat Guy Forum podcast and we instantly just starting having conversations off and on for the past few months. I wanted to bring him on the podcast because we instantly connected through our love of music. We talk a lot about music on this episode but I wanted to ultimately constructed a timeline of where Tony's came from, who he is now, and where he wants to go in the future. We talk a lot about his past with music, his ultimate start to his weight loss journey, his mindset, and what he wants to do in the upcoming future. I had a lot of fun talking to Tony.
