In this conversation Sally and Serena discuss beliefs and how they show up in our psyche. They explore the ideas of ‘conflicting beliefs’ and ‘bothism’ and how we’re allowed to be ‘messy humans’ but how that might sometimes stop us from getting what we want. Sally and Serena explore the conundrum of humans not being hard wired to change (when they actually might want to) and how much intention it actually requires to change when nature is invested in the status quo.
