Hello, and welcome to Episode 151 with Erin Hynes, a returning guest. This episode is different from the previous one as Erin quit her job to travel the world for 165 days this year (2024). As we have both been on 'big' trips in recent times, I thought it would be great to hear about Erin's trip first and foremost and then dive into some intriguing questions about what we both thought on different aspects of travel post-COVID.
We dive into the reasons for Erin quitting her job to travel, each part of the trip, including Tanzania, Greece, Sri Lanka (and more!), the cost of the trip, what her backup fund was, what she thought of travel in a post-COVID world, whether it was as transformative as her last big trip in 2017 and so much more!
