Trying hard to lose weight is making it more difficult

Today we talk about how trying so hard to lose that weight could be what's keeping you from actually accomplishing it.
I use what Allan Watts refers to as the "backwards law" to explain this idea that the more we want something the more aware that we don't have it we become. The more we try and want to have a "fit" body, the more aware we become that we don't have it.
You will get what you want when it's no longer something you have to work on or think about. When it becomes effortless, and part of your life.
