Brother Achalananda, a senior monk and minister of Self-Realization Fellowship, shares wisdom from Paramahansa Yogananda about the relationship between love and seeking joy — and how to bring more joy into our lives by seeking it inside our soul in deep meditation. For then we go to the source of joy. We can also increase and maintain our joy in diverse ways, such as through sincere smiles. “When you smile sincerely the Prince of Smiles is canopied beneath your celestial brow,” Paramahansaji said. “Your soul smiles through your heart and your heart will smile through your eyes.”  This talk from Brother Achalananda was given at an annual SRF World Convocation in 2007.
