Jeremy and Rachel were in the same cohort at Marquette University way back in the day, and Rachel shares her journey in the field up to now opening her own practice. Jeremy and Rachel discuss some of their memories of what grad school did and did not prepare them for, how parenting changed their careers, and then how COVID changed career trajectories again. Rachel also shares her expertise about Accelerated Resolution Therapy, and talks about what self-care looks like for her now that she is transitioning into her own practice.
