In this live session, I will model how you can create your safe container to be able to heal. Creating a safe container can include a calm environment, protected time, candles, incense, a cozy blanket, background music, a cushion to seat on or to scream into, a bat... your imagination can flow here :-) We will explore this idea so that you can get started (or improve) creating your container.
