As you may have heard, recently Beachbody was the latest company to announce that they are moving away from their current business model to affiliate only, and essentially eliminating the incomes of all of the leaders and coaches that have built businesses with them over the years. Today, I want to use Beachbody as an important case study of what we are seeing happening across the profession today, and ultimately, what’s wrong with our profession today.

In this episode, you’ll hear what this situation means for our profession, and I share the key lessons that we can pull from it that demonstrates what we need to do better. This is an important conversation to be having, because if we don’t learn from this, I guarantee you that unfortunately we will continue to see more of this type of thing happen.

While challenges lie ahead, I firmly believe our brightest days as an industry are still to come. We may face rough seas, but rest assured, we’ll be here to help you navigate through them. Thank you, as always, for tuning in to the podcast and being a part of our community!
