This is first part of the third series of Season 2, which is about what I call the "Universal Shape of Leadership and Creation".
Whenever anything is build or created, I think it always follows the same general process. I've boiled it down into 8 basic steps that bridge the gap between conception and execution. Everything you need to know about leadership is in these steps somewhere, and if you're dissatisfied with your results this is the diagnostic you need.
It's related to my metaphysical model, the 5 Realms of Existence, so this episode begins with a brief review of that. You can hear a more systematic and complete account of that in A Higher Level ⬆️, episodes 10-16. But don't worry - this episode will catch you up. Next episode we'll begin to dive into the 8 discrete and specific steps to bridge the Realms of Purpose, Strategy, and Action.
