Welcome to the 48th Episode of the #100MasterCoaches Show. In this episode, Mel interviews Craig Stanton, MCC. Craig is a Master Certified Coach and faculty member at Georgetown University’s Executive Leadership Coaching program. He has served in a variety of coaching and OD roles, including Director of Organizational Development and Coaching for a business coaching startup in the Federal government, and founder of his own coaching practice. He has worked with hundreds of clients, and partnered in the design of customized interventions for every kind of organizational challenge imaginable. In addition to his work as a coach, he serves as an executive in the federal government. He is an attorney and a graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law (Juris Doctorate). Current certifications include: Hogan suite, Emotional Quotient-Inventory 2.0, and the EQ-I 360 tools. He considers himself a student of adult development theory and has delivered individual and team coaching in many organizations including Facebook, Google, Microsoft, Osprey Publishing, and Luminis Health, as well as multiple federal agencies (Defense, Agriculture, TSA, Health and Human Services, NASA) small businesses, non-profits, and independent law firms. Craig lives in rural Maryland with his wife and two children and spends much of his free time riding a bike or hiking with children and two Corgi pups.
