Van Halen breaks through big with their album 1984, then the wheels come off the wagon with the departure of David Lee Roth. In a move highly questioned at the time, they bring the Red Rocker Sammy Hagar into the fold and the result is VH's first number #1 album, 5150. Gerry Sullivan and Rob Distefano round out the guest list on this one.
