John is a chef, runner, and vegan father of three with a passion for sharing food with people and fighting food waste. Throughout 2020 John worked alongside a local charity to distribute meals made from soon-to-be food waste to his local community, while his recently launched catering business wasn't able to operate as planned. He also put together a family friendly cookbook and believes that educating people more about where their food comes from might be the key to making serious progress with many of the food related world issues we face.
