Skinny Cinnamon Roll Smoothie1 scoop vanilla Protein
1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1tsp cinnamon
1 tsp pumpkin spice
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 tbs (8 gr) flaxseed (for fiber but can totally leave out)
5 walnuts
1 tbs (8 gr) hemp seeds
A handful of ice cubes
Blend and Enjoy!
