Three retired NYC detectives believe these are NOT accidental drownings as the law enforcement in each of these cases determined but rather many of these are homicides. Homicides implemented by a cell of killers located in different cities across the U.S. Sexual Identity is not relative to these cases, although some of the victims were gay.
