"The conditioning you've faced throughout your lifetime, the arbitrary rules that you live your life by, or whatever else is keeping you stuck or that's holding you back, it's all something that you have the power to change"
We all know the feeling of what it's like to be in a season of our lives that we don't necessarily want to be in. We want something more, different or better for our lives but we can't really see the way out of or through our current situation. We can't really see how we can get from where we are to where we want to go, because there is a giant gap in between those two points. Yet the people who we see from a distance that seem to be doing everything they want to be doing, they seem happy, they seem free, and we long for those same feelings of happiness and freedom but we let ourselves believe that it must just be possible for them and not us.
In this episode I talk about this gap between you and your desires, I share my perspective on how to begin to bridge that gap and how it is without a doubt, absolutely possible for you by deconditioning and reprogramming your subconscious beliefs and starting to shift your perspective on your life.

  • ways that you can begin to move the needle towards the dreams and desires you have for your life
