Habits are the structure that shape our daily routines. There are good habits and bad habits. The good habits can be hard to form, typically taking 21 days to get into the groove. Bad habits are the hardest to shift away from and yet we know they are bad for us.
Habits are good for our day to day life, to increase our focus and create consistency.
