Another short one this week as I'm just giving an update on my progress post surgery :)
I'm really happy with how I am feeling so far, the positive changes I have seen are better and sooner than I expected.
There are a few things I will be trying over the next few weeks to help with my body's detoxing process (hello first detox wave headache!) including dry brushing, here's a link to an article on the benefits of it and how to dry brush:

I will probably post these podcasts fortnightly for the next little while as I am not able to increase what I am doing until i see my surgeon August 2, but you can keep up to date via my Instagram at @coulditbiipodcast if you like.
