Meet KWAME KWATEN, a music industry polymath and one-third of the Cre8ing Vision Directorship alongside Nicola Ossai (formerly Charles) and Andrea Euell. With over three decades of experience, Kwame has traversed the music landscape as a musician, manager, producer, consultant, and A&R expert. His illustrious career boasts an impressive array of writing and production credits, collaborating with iconic artists like Jay Z, Shola Ama, Mick Jagger, Tom Jones, and Seal. As a former member of D-Influence, signed to Atlantic Records, Kwame had the unique privilege of supporting musical giants such as Michael Jackson, Prince, and James Brown on tour. Kwame's A&R and management work has led to the discovery of remarkable talents like Shola Ama, Laura Mvula, Starley ,and Rumer, resulting in millions of records sold and a plethora of accolades. Presently, he holds esteemed positions, including Trustee at The Brits Trust, Vice-Chair of the UK's Music Managers Forum, Trustee of the MOBO Charity, and Co-Chair of the BRITS Diversity Committee. Kwame is also the Co-Director of the social enterprise company Cre8ing Vision and the Founder and Owner of Ferocious Talent Ltd.

Bethany Marshall: An award-nominated Music Coordinator at the renowned music supervision company, 45 RPM. Bethany plays a pivotal role in all aspects of creative licensing for TV series and films. Her impressive journey includes stints as a Sync Executive at Sony Music Publishing, engaging in Music PR at Public Ambition, and gaining valuable experience as a Touring Intern at United Talent Agency.

Andy Ross: An award-winning music supervisor, notably acclaimed for his work on director Damien Chazelle's masterpiece, "Whiplash." Andy serves as the Creative Director and co-founder of Exit Strategy Productions, where he oversees all facets of music production and development for feature films and TV projects. While primarily operating in the US Film and TV industry, Andy is also actively involved in US films set up in the UK.
