From knowing nothing about bikes to designing for Light & Motion and Camelbak to becoming part of the team that rebuilt IBIS into the iconic brand it is today. She shared great insights into what goes into designing a bike, the culture at IBIS, bringing manufacturing back to the US, why she has an all women's design team and why it's so important to give back.
