My guest for today’s show is Sarah Rodgers. Sarah is the founder and CEO of Empower Change NYC, a coaching company that helps women rise up in their career, wellness, and life overall. Previously, Sarah has spent over two decades as an executive director at top financial institutions, where she has led mergers & acquisitions and she still continues to do so today. Sarah advises corporate clients across multiple industries on driving business transformation, implementing and managing change, strategy, and more. As a career & wellness coach, Sarah deeply cares about helping people manage change and successfully go through challenging situations or transitions in life.
