Wellness with Cenell is a medical fitness and wellness center that offers advance, specialize, and customized wellness treatments and services. This unique center provides a “one-stop shop” holistic approach, and our certified licensed healthcare professional can help you feel better, improve movement, and decrease pain.
Wellness with Cenell was founded by Cenell Boch in June 2019 and is located in Lancaster, Ohio. Cenell resides in Bremen, Ohio with her husband.
Cenell is a certified licensed athletic trainer with a master’s degree in exercise physiology. Cenell became certified in the Muscle Activation Technique in 2013 and worked as Senior Clinician with Columbus Fitness Consultant from 2012 to 2019.
Prior to 2012, Cenell was an Assistant Professor, Director of Rehabilitation, and Licensed Certified Athletic Trainer at University of Mount Union for 13 years. Cenell has also served in the community as a Health Educator and Program Manager through her non-profit organization – C&C Wellness, Inc.
Cenell’s passion for health and wellness promotion lead her to becoming a PhD student at Rocky Mountain University where she is completing her Doctorate in Health Sciences.
