Hal Elrod is the author of The Miracle Morning, one of the most life-changing books ever written and has sold over 2 million copies. Hal has been a huge part of my life and a legend in the FRD community since the very beginning, and he has inspired so many people to be the best versions of themselves.

So today, we’re taking a trip down memory lane to the beginning of Front Row Dads in 2016. Hal and I share how that gathering paved the way for a thriving global brotherhood of over 300+ incredible humans on a mission to better themselves in every possible way.

We dig into our experiences with our FRD bands and our favorite parts of how the Brotherhood at FRD has evolved. Hal talks about connecting with his kids and enjoying co-parenting, getting together with a buddy and the kids to show another side of himself, and being more than a Dad.

Last but certainly not least, we also share our thoughts on the future potential of the FRD community and some exciting stuff we have lined up. Enjoy!

A Wide-Ranging Conversation Through…

  • Back to the beginning of Front Row Dads
  • Jon commits to being a family man with a business
  • Retreats as a strategy for being more present at home
  • What makes Front Row Dads a unique group
  • Co-parenting and double date success stories
  • Being a Dad is not seasonal, it’s forever
  • Where Hal gets the most value from FRD
  • The growth of FRD to a 7-figure business
  • Thriving at home leads to thriving at work
  • All the ways to engage in the brotherhood
  • The present and future of FRD
  • The impact of FRD for Jon’s Dad

FRD is solving a huge problem for dads. Our culture has turned “Dad” into a joke. Go ahead, google Dad and you’ll find Dad Bod, Dad Jokes, Dad Weed, etc. Culturally, it’s a Homer Simpson mentality, and it’s BS.

Our community is built for solid men. Men with range. Those who are badass, and know there’s still more to learn, together.

Most guys find it hard to find “their crew.” Finding other committed men, who are successful in life, and want to put family first – these guys are rare. Is this you?

In FRD, hundreds of men from all over the world show up for each other, to share resources and raise the bar of fatherhood (our core values)

If you’re reading this, you want to grow. Podcasts are great, but guys… when you’re ready to stop just listening to content, and want to JOIN the conversations – the FRD brotherhood is ready for you.

One more thing…
