Peter Rollings, FRICS, is an experienced and highly successful business titan once described as ‘the most successful Estate Agent in the UK’. His journey began at Foxtons in 1985, where he played a crucial role in the company's pioneering 0% marketing campaign. Known for its disruptive and bold marketing strategies, Foxtons thrived under Peter's leadership, culminating in a quadrupling of the company's size and profitability during his reign as Managing Director. In 2007, Foxtons was sold for an impressive £370 million.
Peter's next venture was Marsh & Parsons, which he acquired in 2005 for £2.5 million. Despite facing the challenges of the 2007-2009 Global Financial Crisis, he rapidly grew and revitalized the business, selling it in 2011 for £51 million and exiting in 2016 after a successful earn-out period.
In 2021, Peter returned to Foxtons PLC's board to address underperformance issues despite still being the , serving as Interim CEO in the summer of 2022 to set the company back on the path to success. He continues to hold board positions at Foxtons PLC and several smaller businesses where he has invested.
