BRENDAN MURPHY STAR OF BUFFY: REVAMPED TELLS MIKEY HIS STORY

GREATER LONDON YOUTH FOUNDATION PRESENTS THE MIKEY BHARJ SHOW

Brendan Murphy is the star of Buffy: Revamped. Five one-person shows at the King's Head Theatre - 15, 16, 21, 22 and 23 October 2021.
Brendan Murphy is a London based actor, comedian, writer and voice-over artist.
He attended drama school at Arts Ed London. He gained a BA (Hons) in Acting before training in improvisation with David Shore (Second City, Improv Olympic) and The Free Association. He was also up for the Spotlight Prize.
Brendan is an experienced improviser, a member of BBC Radio One's BattleActs! and a guest player for Second City and Monkey Toast Players. He has taught improv to students at his alma mater Arts Ed London and The Orange Tree Theatre.
He's written and performed three solo comedy shows BAGMAN (Pleasance, 2015), Enter The Bagman (Gilded Balloon, 2016) and FRIEND (The One With Gunther)
You can hear his voice in Doctor Who (BBC / Big Finish), the critically acclaimed audiobook The Land Of Sometimes (and upcoming feature film adaptation alongside Ewan McGregor and Helena Bonham Carter), and the video games Total War: Warhammer and Elite: Dangerous, and can also be heard introducing the best cartoons on Cartoon Network & Boomerang TV and commercials for a variety of global brands, including Dove, Benadryl, Nicorette, Branston Pickle Listerine, TUC, Odeon, Benylin, Tombola & the NHS.
As one half of the Olivier Award-nominated Potted Potter, he has toured extensively across the US and Canada, including a residency at Bally's, Las Vegas, which won Best New Show in the Best Of Las Vegas Awards 2019.
