It can be easy to be the "magic maker" for the holiday season and find that you aren't experiencing any magic yourself. 😔 We want to help you overcome that by creating a holiday game plan.
Alegre will walk you through the easy, three-step process. As we always say, "planning makes everything easier" and when you are juggling "regular life" with the holidays, that's even more apparent. 🎀 Alegre will also chat about her recent blood tests, rising cholesterol, and her decision to return to a "whole foods, plant-based diet" after 15 years of being more omnivorous.
