I will always share free information on this podcast with the intention that you will hear and put things into practice (with the blessings from you PCP). Honestly, if you binge listened to all 116 episodes of this podcast you would have all of the information you needed to make a HUGE lifestyle change.

HOWEVER

I know from my own life that I hear a lot of information and have the best of intentions to put it into practice, however, it’s not until I invest money into a coach, mentor, or course that I have seen the biggest results.

When I invest money…I have “skin in the game” and I don’t want to waste my money, therefore, I put into play what I am taught and I am held accountable to the information I have heard.

So…that being said. I want you to SUCCEED..... so I’ve put together the Healthy Habits Blueprint course.

There’s only 3 main modules in this course because it’s for busy mom’s just like you!!!.

In this course, you will evaluate your mindset, get a game plan for overcoming obstacles and distractions.

You will identify and replace your bad habits.

THEN you will build a sustainable healthy habit plan.

That way you can have a healthier gut, lose weight, have more energy, AND get rid of brain fog!!!
