Age is not a limit for living a life a fulfilled life! It is always in our mind we set up limits! The law of gender say that everything has it´s time and of course we have different ways of living as 8 years old and 80 years old. But for every age there are a purpous for us to still be in these bodies. We are meant to live full out the whole period of our eternal journey as we are in these bodies.
What we believe, we achieve! Marty Fritzhand is a living example of this! He is 81 year old, have been running two ultra marathon race this year, and in between he has travelled around in South America.
