The first 12 months of an entrepreneurs journey typically make or break them. The initial conditions set, the patterns formed and the beliefs laid out will craft their future.Starting a business is disgustingly tough. There’s no way to sugar coat it - it sucks.However, amidst the harsh weathers of early-day business, we can find glimmers of excitement, hope and confidence.Today’s video serves the purpose of giving you the latter 3 things. It’s designed to explain and explore my first 12 months in the SMMA space, giving my experience (honest experience only of course).I also proceed to explain the 3 steps any agency owner must go through to become successful.
