Do you find yourself constantly rushing out to job sites, responding to emails late at night, and taking calls on the weekends?
In this episode, I’m joined by coach Marsha Sewdass and we’re talking all about boundaries.
If you feel like work is encroaching on every hour of your day and you don’t have the time for your personal life that you wish you had, you probably don’t have enough boundaries in place, at least not ones that you’re sticking to.
Marsha and I are here to remind you that it’s okay to establish business hours and you don’t have to answer every question or solve every problem as soon as it arises. You need to be protecting your time and well-being if you want to be able to show up as your best self at work and at home.
We’re addressing why boundaries are so important, how to decide what you want your boundaries to be, and why your boundaries might be failing.
