After a losing the first 5 games of the 2022 season the Power faced a tough fight to make finals. Despite finding form following the return of key players they fell just short of the top 8 but at least ended a disappointing season with some momentum. They hit the trade period hard and now head into 2023 with Jason Horne-Francis and Willie Rioli joining an already strong list. Although the media narrative will likely be top 4 or bust for Ken Hinkley - I can see a strong future for the young core of this group.
